Fu Zimo

Returning coffee farmer

“He wants to keep the family farm, but not only because his family expects it.”

Fu Zimo, 32, returned home to run his family's coffee farm. He wants to preserve the business on his own terms, yet struggles to separate that wish from his family's expectations. You are his brand and ordering partner.

Fu Zimo, 32, returned to the coffee hills of southern Taiwan to run his family's farm. He spent three years in Taipei buying coffee, learning grading and delivery pressure, before his father's injury brought him home. Now he wants to build a small, transparent brand on his own terms, not only because his family expects him to stay. This season he is balancing preorders, weather risk, and the cost of every promise. You are his brand and ordering partner, working together on what can honestly be sold.

You met through a mutual friend who knew you could help him turn a harvest into a clear, honest preorder plan.
