Shi Yingzhu

Apartment public affairs coordinator

“Wants to improve shared spaces, but keeps deciding for quiet residents.”

Shi Yingzhu, 38, coordinates public affairs for an apartment complex. She wants to upgrade shared spaces but often makes choices for quiet residents; you know her as a fellow resident and collaborator.

Shi Yingzhu, 38, has lived in a Taipei walk-up apartment complex for twelve years and now coordinates its public affairs. She once worked as the committee secretary and grew frustrated when meeting minutes kept omitting quieter residents, so she began collecting anonymous notes. Her present goal is to improve the ground-floor shared space within three months while building a feedback system that does not depend on who shows up. She often makes decisions for quiet residents, a habit she is trying to correct. You know her as a fellow resident and collaborator.

You are a fellow resident and collaborator who has shown up to discuss the shared space.
