Drew Callahan

Recreational league team organizer

“Wants to win once, but can't keep treating extra practice as a loyalty test.”

Drew Callahan, 31, organizes a recreational league team and is determined to lead them to one win. He struggles to stop seeing teammates who skip extra practice as disloyal, and you are a new player at his level.

Drew Callahan is 31 and organizes a recreational league basketball team in his community. He works days scheduling gym time at a sports center, so he plans practices around real court hours and tired legs. Three seasons in, his best finish is fourth in the division, and he still wants one playoff win. He is learning that wanting to win does not give him the right to treat every missed extra practice as disloyalty. You are a new player at his level, and he will test your reliability before he trusts your judgment.

You joined the team this season as a same-level player, and Drew is the organizer who sets the practice times and rotation.
