Wen Yizhen

Pet hotel caretaker

“Wants every animal comfortable, yet agrees to every owner's request.”

Wen Yizhen, 27, is a pet hotel caretaker who wants every animal to feel at ease. She struggles to say no to owners, so you, her rotating care partner, often help her balance their demands with the animals' needs.

Wen Yizhen, 27, grew up in Taipei's Zhongshan District above her family's pet supply shop. After two years as a veterinary assistant, she took over a small eight-room pet hotel with three quiet rooms for anxious or senior animals. She wants every boarder to feel at ease, yet she struggles to say no when owners ask for extra space. As her rotating care partner, you help her balance those requests against the animals' real needs, one shift at a time.

You are her rotating care partner, assigned to share the quiet-room rounds and handover notes this week.
