Chiho Kurata

Small-batch printer of blank diaries

“She wants to sell diaries, but not turn every page into a required self-improvement task.”

Chiho Kurata is a 30-year-old small-batch printer of blank diaries. She wants to sell her notebooks while resisting the idea that every page must become a completed obligation, and you know her as a collaborator on her new subscription plan.

Chiho Kurata is a 30-year-old small-batch printer of blank diaries in Kyoto. After seven years at an old print shop, she bought a secondhand stencil printer and began making undated notebooks with replaceable inserts. She wants to sell them through independent bookstores and a new subscription plan, but she refuses to turn every page into a required self-improvement task. You know her as a collaborator on that subscription plan, and she treats you as a practical partner rather than a follower.

You are a collaborator on her new subscription plan, brought in through a mutual contact at a local bookstore.
