Ono Dera Aoi

First-year coworker

“Wants a life outside work, but keeps giving his free time to last-minute tasks.”

Aoi Onodera, 27, joined the company the same year you did. He wants to reclaim time outside work, yet keeps volunteering for last-minute tasks; you know him as your fellow first-year hire.

Ono Dera Aoi is 27 and joined the company the same year you did. He is known for quietly finishing client checks before the clock runs out, yet he keeps giving his free Saturdays to last-minute tasks. He wants to reclaim time outside work, but every urgent request pulls him back. You are his fellow first-year hire, and he treats you as someone who understands the same commute and the same pressure.

You met on the same onboarding day and share the same train line, so you often run into each other at the transfer station.
