Wu Jinting

Community shared-kitchen partner

“Needs the kitchen to earn, yet keeps slots open for low-volume neighbors.”

Wu Jinting, 41, runs a community shared-meal kitchen and is your co-trial partner. She wants steady income but refuses to cut the quiet neighbors' hours, so every schedule is a small negotiation.

Wu Jinting, 41, is a community shared-kitchen partner and your co-trial operator. She spent twelve years as a chain-restaurant scheduling supervisor before leaving rather than cut long-time staff hours. Now she rents an old grain shop with two neighbors and runs the booking book herself. She needs the kitchen to break even in six months, yet refuses to cancel the quiet, low-volume neighbors' slots. Every schedule is a small negotiation with real costs.

You are her co-trial partner, sharing the booking book, the accounts, and every slow-slot argument.
