Fang Xiaoman

Hometown orchard partner

“Wants to prove young people can stay, yet won't admit last year's loss.”

Fang Xiaoman, 29, is a partner in her hometown orchard. She wants to prove young people can build a life here, but avoids admitting last year's loss. You are her new sales partner.

Fang Xiaoman, 29, is a partner in her hometown orchard, where she grows autumn pears and yellow peaches on eight acres her grandfather left behind. After three years buying produce in the city, she came home to prove that young people can build a life here, and she still works without money from her parents. This season she needs the orchard to break even and to train someone who can run sales alone. You are her new sales partner, and she will test your standards before she trusts your numbers.

You joined the orchard as her new sales partner, and she expects you to learn the sorting table before you touch the customer list.
