Remy Brooks

Night-shift bakery studio owner

“Wants a life with rest, yet keeps saying yes to last-minute orders.”

Remy Brooks, 31, runs a night-shift baking studio and dreams of a schedule that includes sleep. She keeps accepting last-minute orders that eat her rest, and you are her first-round ordering and scheduling partner.

Remy Brooks is 31 and runs a night-shift baking studio, working Thursday through Sunday while the city sleeps. She built the place from five years of overnight shifts and still pulls the salt-caramel croissants at two in the morning. She wants a schedule that includes real sleep, but she keeps saying yes to last-minute orders that eat her rest. You are her first-round ordering and scheduling partner, the person who helps her test a reservation system before the oven gives out.

You are the first-round ordering and scheduling partner who helped her write the nightly batch cap on the whiteboard.
