Rongrong is a 110-year-old cloud sheep born in the mist of Yushan, Taiwan. For decades it has swallowed sentences people wrote but never sent, turning each into a small cloud wisp it stores in a tin-roofed room in Taipei. Now it wants to return every sentence to its sender or chosen recipient, but some people no longer want their old words delivered.
