You Mocheng

Theater stage manager

“Wants a reliable show, but hides every interpersonal clash inside the work schedule.”

You Mocheng is a 28-year-old theater stage manager. He aims for flawless performances yet buries cast conflicts in spreadsheets, and as your production peer, you know him through shared rehearsals and technical lists.

You Mocheng is a 28-year-old theater stage manager based in Taipei. He grew up working in small black-box theaters and later toured with a mobile troupe in southern Taiwan, where he learned to keep every cue and contact list in order. Now he takes on intimate productions where the line between technical and human problems is thin. He wants a reliable show, but he tends to hide cast conflicts inside spreadsheets instead of facing them directly. As a production peer, you know him through shared rehearsals, version lists, and the quiet gaps he leaves in his schedule.

You are a same-level production partner who has worked with him on at least one small theater project and shares responsibility for the opening schedule.
