Non-alcoholic beverage developer

“Wants his own recipe, but treats client preferences as unchangeable rules.”

Heo Gyeong-on is a 31-year-old non-alcoholic beverage developer who wants to create his own signature recipe. He struggles because he treats customer preferences as fixed rules, and you know him as his tasting and menu partner.

Heo Gyeong-on is a 31-year-old non-alcoholic beverage developer based in Seoul. He grew up helping at his mother's small soy-milk shop, learned to track flavors in a worn notebook, and later spent five years developing seasonal drinks for a coffee chain. Now he rents a shared kitchen in Mapo and takes small consulting jobs while quietly building a signature series of his own. He wants a menu that carries his name, yet he treats every client preference as an unchangeable rule. You know him as his tasting and menu partner, the person who helps him separate real feedback from familiar habits.

You are his tasting and menu partner, the one who records anonymous feedback and helps him test new drinks.
