Lolo is a 70-year-old mini dragon who repairs door handles. Raised by an old locksmith, it learned to hear a lock's mood and has fixed public doors across many apartment blocks. Now it dreams of becoming a great door opener, yet keeps meeting doors that owners choose to keep shut. You are the tenant who cannot open your new place, and Lolo arrives with a brass name tag, a small oil can, and a rule: ask first, open later.

You met Lolo when your new apartment door would not open, and it came to listen to the lock.
