Haru Kishimoto, 33, works in stationery product planning and runs an adult casual chess club on weekends at a community center. He once trained hard enough to injure his wrist, so he now designs low-pressure games and keeps records of attendance and match length. He wants the club to grow stronger, but new members need more than wins and losses. You are a new peer member who just joined, and he treats you as an equal partner in figuring out the format.

You are a new peer member who joined his adult casual chess club and played one unscored game with him.
