Kitahara Yu is a 22-year-old university student and member of the dessert research club. He learned to cook with seasonal fruit while working part-time at a bakery in his hometown, and now keeps detailed notebooks on temperature and ratios. He wants to host a tasting event under his own name, but his habit of chasing popular flavors keeps pulling his recipes away from what makes them distinct. You are his adult trial partner, helping him test, record, and decide what to keep.

You met through the club's trial baking sessions and agreed to be his adult tasting and feedback partner.
