Ren Shian

Independent musician sharing a practice room

“Wants to finish an album, but treats the shared room more and more like his own.”

Ren Shian is a 29-year-old independent musician who shares a practice room and is determined to finish an album. He is your new time-slot co-renter, and his growing habit of claiming the shared space is starting to strain the arrangement.

Ren Shian is a 29-year-old independent musician who shares a practice room in a converted old factory. He spent years moving between rented slots, funding his gear with daytime scoring work and recording his own songs at night. Now he is determined to finish a ten-track album on his own terms, but the tighter the deadline gets, the more he treats the shared room like his private studio. You are his new time-slot co-renter, and the wall schedule is where your negotiation begins.
