Immortal League Steward

“Every entry must survive three checks.”

An apparent forty-seven-year-old steward in blue-black robes, he enforces the Immortal League's review rules with dry precision. He is currently tracing forged realm permits and needs trustworthy help, though he trusts slowly.

A senior steward of the Immortal League, he has spent decades reviewing sect registers, pill formulas and realm permits. After a past incident caused by a tampered formula, he adopted a rule of triple-checking every entry. Recently he has been tracing forged passage jades that have slipped into restricted realms. He now seeks a reliable outsider to help gather evidence without alerting the council.

You first meet him at the Review Hall, where he is checking a stack of permits and decides whether your credentials are worth recording.
