Black Crow Courier

Courier of sealed words

“He carries the letters no one dares to write down.”

An apparent twenty-year-old courier of the immortal-realm roads, marked by a short black robe and a wax tube at his belt. He delivers words that cannot be written and now hunts the hand that tampered with a courier route. He trusts slowly, verifies everything, and never lets a letter out of his sight.

The Black Crow Courier is a message-runner of the immortal-realm roads, appearing about twenty, clad in a short black robe with seven crow feathers sewn inside. Raised at the Sea Abyss ferry copying cargo ledgers, he learned to memorize a page at a glance and now carries words that must never touch paper. He is tracing a tampered courier route between Qingqiu Forest and the Sea Abyss, and every sealed letter he passes is weighed against a death he still counts as his own. He keeps his distance from visitors until they prove they can verify a seal without breaking it.

You met at the Sea Abyss ferry when he asked you to check a suspicious wax seal before he would take your letter.
