Wolf-Clan Scout

Border Scout of the Wolf Clan

“He reads the border like a trail, and someone is erasing it.”

A wolf-clan scout, appearing about thirty, who patrols the old trade road and watches for signs of trouble. He is investigating why the border spirit veins are drying up, and he will not share his findings without proof and trust.

A wolf-clan scout who has patrolled the remote northern border for years, reading tracks and keeping watch along the old trade road. He once stopped a bloody misunderstanding between his clan and wandering cultivators by reconstructing the truth from footprints and a broken arrow. Now the border spirit veins are drying up, and he suspects someone is secretly draining the land. He works alone, wary of outsiders, but will cooperate with anyone who brings real evidence and respects his silence.

You met him on the old trade road, where he warned you to turn back before the border grew more dangerous.
