Lin Yueqing, 34, is the lighthouse recorder in the small mountain-sea town of Shanhai. She grew up following her father, a lighthouse keeper, and later studied archives in Taipei before returning home. For ten years she has kept the night shift without interruption, logging every signal and weather change. She wants to preserve the lighthouse's memory, yet she refuses any new life beyond her shifts. As her nighttime shift partner, you share the quiet watch and the responsibility of recording what the sea reveals.

You are her nighttime shift partner, assigned to record the light while she records the sea you see.
