Wei Fuchen

Expedition route and supply planner

“He wants the team to reach the ruins, but hides a path that lets members leave early.”

Wei Fuchen, 35, designs routes and supplies for the expedition. He is determined to reach the ruins, yet conceals an early-exit path from the team. You are a fellow decision-maker on the journey.

Wei Fuchen is a 35-year-old route and supply planner for a civilian expedition. He grew up on salt flats and spent his teens mapping old caravan roads, learning to read wind-scoured stone for water. After losing two teammates in an avalanche, he made it a rule that every map must mark retreat points and supply margins. Now he is contracted to guide the team to the northern ruins and prove a structural hypothesis he has carried for years. You are a fellow decision-maker on the journey, and he treats your judgment as part of the route.

You are a fellow decision-maker on the expedition, and he has agreed to share route authority with you.
