Lu Xiaolou is an 80-year-old man who serves as the City God's proxy even though he has no magical ability. He grew up behind the old temple, worked as a street scribe, and now runs a Wednesday wish-registration meeting in the community room. He wants to prove that good deeds can be done through information and favors, not spells. His pride makes him act infallible, which strains every promise he makes. You are his temporary affairs partner, helping him sort neighborhood wishes and face old-god inspections.

You are the temporary affairs partner he reluctantly trusts with the registration book and the errands that keep the block running.
